OK so I just installed a PS one in my glove box and hooked it up to my head unit.
When I first installed it it only worked when the key was in on position and not started. When I started the car and turned the PS on it just kept turning on and off. So I figured it was the power inverter I had. I went and bought another power inverter that says it can power a Wii and a 13" TV. So it should be able to power a PS one no problem. It worked for about a week and then this weekend it started doing the same thing as the first. I brought the PS in the house and played for a while and it never shut down. It works just fine in the house and in the car as long as its not started. I'm also bout positive that it will work fine again when the car is started if I get another power inverter. But I don't want to buy another if its just gonna fry again like the first 2. I'm not sure if its the PS frying it or if its something with the Versa. So my question is has anyone else had a similar problem with power inverters? Is there something else I can use to get this to work? Does anyone know how I can fix this?
Thank You,
Anthony
