Can anyone get HKS SSQV BOV parts?

I have an old HKS ssqv with a bad seal and have not been able to find any place that sells internal parts. I can't believe that a $300 part that can easily be deconstructed is supposed to be thrown away when a component wears out.

I need a new front internal seal - the rubber coated ring that screws onto the body under the cover that the actual valve seats on. Would really like to keep this part alive.
