Can anyone figure this out??? '96 Maxima keeps cutting off!!!!! Help Please!!!!!

My Maxima will start and idle, but if you try accelerate it will cut off. It is throwing a KS code. I have replaced the KS (oem)about six yrs ago. I just replaced the mass airflow sensor (aftermarket). The car will sometimes run for days with no problems but then one day it might not run much at all. When it cuts off it will fire right back up. You can even put it in drive or reverse but if you try to accelerate it will cut off. The problem has gradually gotten worse. Can anyone help please?

at your mileage, won't be uncommon for ks to be bad again. ks life is typically 120k +/- depending on summer underhood temp extremes. if you have an overheat, they likely will melt--something of a fail-safe.

best 'guess': what is your fuel pressure?
