can anybody give me an idea of how much my body roll has been reduced

ok so this is what i currently have

nismo power bracefront strut tower braceengery suspension front sway bar bracket bushing and endsc pillar bracerear strut tower braceengery suspension rear sway bar bracket bushings and endsenergy suspension subframe collar bushingssubframe brace (dono what to call it, mounts behind the diff)lowered on a fully adjustable suspension and tien HE coilovers

anybody know if this set up has reduced my body roll/flex by a significant amount for good cornering and drifting and what not?

if your on coils, its been reduced a lot. that being said why not try it out yourself instead of asking people who cant drive YOUR car.

Strut bars won't really decrease your body roll too much, more body flex than anything.

The coilovers will substantially decrease your body roll. Like with my JIC coils, they is pretty much zero body roll lol.

Stiff coils = go kart status

sorry yeah i meant flex not roll, the tein HE's are pretty effing stiff

i have driven it and it does corner way better over stock but i guess i messed up i mean flex

i have heard it reffered to a reduction in a percentage like i hear roll cages reduce it by 40% something like that

you should get the full bushing kit, to complete all your suspension bushings

the braces reduced flex, everything else reduced roll.
