Can anybody chip an ECU with the DWELL map (Colin Remy won't replay to emails)

I bought an ECU from R34 GTR AWHILE AGO and sent it to Colin Remy who was selling those GM coil setups for the CA. Well he has the ECU and has since stopped replying to my emails to either chip the damn thing like he said or give me back the ECU. Been freaking Months now with excuses as to why he hasn't finished it but has since stopped responding to my emails.

So I am looking for anybody who can chip an ECU with this Dwell map stuff he was talking about so I can use this shiny piece of ignition setup on my car.
