Can an 08 Nav cd work in 07 M35x?

Will an 08 Nav Cd (with 3d buildings) work for an 07 M35X? And can it be downloaded?

I have not been able to get a Nissan DVD 7.3 version to work with my 2006 infiniti M35x. The zenrin 7.3 version I believe is the 2007 release. It was orginally for a Nissan Altima but people indicated it would work in a M35x--- havent been able to get it to work though.
