Can all 4 ball joints (front and rear control arms) be replaced Same part?

I’ve been told I need front ball joints, however I’m finding it hard to get a definitive on if those will also fit the rear control arms as well? I have found the front ones before using Nis 240SX as the make/model but I can’t find any for the Q45 rear specifically. I see some for skyline and another set on eBay that says fits front and rear.

Thinking if I replace the fronts I should do the rear…but the cost to do these can start to add up. Even in my small town local shops, they’re wanting $100-$150 just to pop a couple bolts. Add in 4 ball joints plus alignment, definitely want to make sure it’s the right parts.

If they're willing to do all four ball joints or even just the front for 150.00 jump on it, more that reasonable.

It’s just the front 2 for that price (labor only). I have the 2 new ball joints from a 240SX lookup from Dorman:

But then I put reference for q45 and it says it doesn’t fit

You'll have to search in this forum but I'm pretty sure its the same part for front and rear. Lots of into on this but just don't have it off the top of my head
