Can air bag bolts be reused?

In the service manual it says to use new air bag bolts for everything that is removed and replaced, because there is a special sealing coating on them.

Now since I took the time to separate all my screw, nuts, bolts, washers.... into about 100+ bag, Should I throw out the air bag bolts I pulled off?

I know random topic...right, But someone will Google this very thing and NICO will show up.

Isn't there a torque paint on each of the Torx bolts to show if they've been tampered with? I'm guessing that since the airbag system had a longer warranty than the rest of the car the stealership wanted new torque paint on new bolts applied so they knew they were the last ones to remove the airbag.

For your use, there's no reason they can't be reused, or eaten.

Well it took about a month but I separated a bag that weight 20+ LBS into about a 100+ differnt little bags. So no when I need a plenum bolt I can grab the bag with 20+ in there.

But one less bag would help.

I will post pictures and give Wes a fair warning to watch his eyes as the organization will blind him.
