can aftermark s14 sr20det cams fit on a s13 sr20det head?

my boys has some HKS 272 Cams but they are off of his s14sr20 head and he told me that they can fit in my motor but i have a s13 redtop sr.. I dont want to buy them and then It will f*** up my motor and i told him no it wont fit but he says it does... is this tru what he is saying? if it is than i will go and take it off of his hands today plz help me out
