okay i was living in southern cali where it doesnt snow. i now live in a state that snows. i dont have a second car yet so i am forced to drive like this. i dont know when the next snow days are coming yet but im thinking of buying some snow tires. will it work? i think my car will have too much torque and my tires will just spin with the snow tires. is there anyone out there that has already went through the snow with there z with snow tires? am i just going to waste some hard earned cash on some snow tires that doesnt even live up to its name? and if its worth it should i buy 225's or 235's for my stock rims because i heard that snow tires are supposed to be a little skinnier.

ive already had to drive her in the snow, not for long distances tho. my experiance... slides when brakeing so brake lighty and give your self plenty of room, the low ground clearence doesnt help so you'll def have to clear you path out of your driveway or parking space really good and you aint going up any hills. i dont have winter tires it would be a waste of money for me we get bad weather i take my bfs truck
