no sir! well, not much at all,i personally did it it will slip bad if u leave it in drive, it does not want to shift if u stay in it .itllstay up around 5500-6500 and try to shift but just slipes badly untill u let off, then itll grab.it does better if u pull it down in first and manually shift, but u still have to let out of it ,wait till it shifts then get back in it.it may last if ur on low boost like 5-7 but still slips.the carrier bearing also gets shot kwik. mine wabbles bad at 3 gear pulls.ive ran mine turboed for a few months ive got syn in it and a transmission cooler ,and its stayed alive and thats it,best time ive had is 9.4 @78mph in the 1/8th and that was letting off in first waiting for it to hit 2nd, then getting back in it ,same thing in 2nd, and i hit 3rd right before i passed the finish line.at 12 psi.those let offs cost me a second at least.it pulls good but just doesnt want shift.im currently waiting on 5 speed swap parts and coverting.auto turboes are fun ,and they can b done but are $$$$$$$$$$$$ and alot of mods,but they cant b done and b satisfying w/ tha a1 transmission.c4 ford,tt 300zx transmission will work but as i said $$$$$$$$.
