I just had my car sent to a tire shop where they put tires, new tie rods and allignment including toe, when they fixed the toe it made my stearing wheel completely verticle, this made it hard to see my guages and makes my right turn signal turn off quicker, also it just dosent look good. I need to know if theres anyway i can straighten it out thanks.

vertical? like up? sounds like you need to adjust your steering wheel. There is a lever under the steering wheel that adjusts the height.

yes you can, but you have to remove the airbag first, that means disconecting the battery, disconnecting the fuse for the airbag, useing a steering wheel puller, putting it back on, reasembling the whole airbag system, then turning it back on. its a pita, and if you dont know what your doing, better to let a shop handle it, because the airbag is basicaly a bomb.

I agree, let a shop do it.

stupid ****ers that did my mom's tie rods and alignment did the same ****.take it back and tell them to do it right. If they would have paid attention to how they installed the tie rods, the steering wheel wouldn't be cockeyed now. They re-aligned my mom's for free.

Their alignment machine must suck....

We have one in the shop at school, and it has you align the steering wheels straight up and down, then continues to calculate everything that needs to be adjusted, you adjust, then adjust the steering wheel again to make sure its straight. Its not hard to do......

Sounds like that shop is crap.

Take it back and make them do it right. Don't **** with the airbag yourself, it can **** you up.
