IIRC that clutch will need a flywheel with 9 bolts to hold it in. our flywheels only have 6 bolt. look up white bunny clutch and see if yours will fit. if it does all you need is a flywheel from a D21 truck....i hope this helpsif some of this info is wrong please let me know...i dont want to spread lies.

you where close... it is actually 1983 model 300z/280/ any 4 cyl d21 clutch kit and a d21 flywheel. You dont actually need the other three bolts... yes i know it sounds weird but most remaned flywheels will only come with 6 holes. this will hold well over 400hp/tq before slipping. I have proven this with my car...

I really dont see the difference between the number of bolts on the flywheel has to do with the clutch. please explain

and my friend is not gonna use the 300zx pressure plate so just the clutch. will it work?

Okay erase what i said about it not fitting....well in your setup as of now it wont work...the stock flywheel friction surface is 225mm that clutch is made for a 240mm friction surface. in order for you to get your setup to work you need to get a flywheel from a 1986-1994 nissan truck 4 cylinder (d21) that will bolt up to your crank although there is a little stud that sticks off of the crank...hit it with a hammer to break it off. no worries its not needed. now bolt it up. If you got a flywheel with nine holes then either get 3 more bolts or dont use the middle of the 3 sets of 3. you CAN according to this information i found from searching white bunny special use that clutch and flywheel setup, but you will need a d21 flywheel...its like 80 bucks. you will have to grind your metal dust sheild due to the different contour of the back of the flywheel. or just bolt it together and let it grind itself down...very loud but wont hurt anything. then enjoy great clutch setup You should search for "white bunny special" you'll notice that im asking in or starting most of the threads.

heres the compatability list I stole from someone else in a previous white bunny thread
