Can 75W-90 be used in differentials?

The owners manual shows a 80w-90 gear oil for the diffs. Can a 75w-90 be used? I tried searching but didn't find a definitive answer. I have 4-5 quarts of 75w-90 sitting on my shelf in the garage.

Yeppers, thats fine. Must be for limited slip if you have the limited slip. Otherwise, ok.
