Well, it depends on the size of the turbo.

Also, ferrari isnt the name of a car, its the name of a car manufacturer

The Viper is probably the fastest of the other cars you named, and it runs a 12.44 stock. The fastest Stock T25 turbo SR20 I have ever heard of ran a 12.80 @ 109 quater with a really damn good driver.

240's can probably take on those heavy v6 mustangs.. but probably not anything else that you mentioned(in drag racing anyway)

It would definitely beat the mustang in the curves, and possibly hang with the corvette and viper... still no match for the ferraris though.
