i am going to purchase the hks 272/264 camshafts, my question is, are the 272 for the exhaust side or the intake side.

272 exhuasti bleive. they are called a step up cam setup

What does built mean to you? Specs?

First off, staggered cams 9/10 suck unless you are profecient with dialing them in.

Secondly, you're running a small turbo...so why run monster cams? Bigger durations doesn't always = better.

I'd strongly suggest you doing more research first, and then re evaulate what you're doing.

My personal recommandatin for your turbo would either me a Jim Wolf Tech S3 for them, or possibly a Jim Wolf Tech S4 for the 3071r.
