I have a redtop sr20det and i whant to know what would be a better option for my car,the brain crower cams or the tomei pon-cams.Im runnind stock turbo stock boost .

Neither will be great without a turbo upgrade.

yeap the stock cams are designed to go with the stock turbo

I think a nice JWT S3, or a smaller duration Poncam would do just fine with the t25, however I would be worry about fueling/maf at that point already too...
