camshaft installation

ok so my 93 sx with a ka24de need to get these BC stage 2 camsafts put into them i got the cams ground down the drive tab and now i need to install them...but i cant find a haynes or chilton on the 240 so i have no idea how to do it im sure there is a post already on this but im hard pressed for time and if anyone could link me to a write up on it i would appreciate it greatly
