I'm going to be swapping 91 cams into a 96 head, anyways do i need any special tools for this, or anything special? did anyone ever do this (swap cams)? does anyone have any tips or anything for me, its my first time swapping cams so i don't wanna mess up.

Swave, go to Jim Wolfe Technology's(JWT) website... Go to their install/tech section... They have detailed instructions for the cam swap posted w/ pics... FYI... Alan

just got done doing this earlier. Here's some tips:

1)take your time in getting #1 to TDC, it'll help keep the latter headaches down

2)make sure the cam lobes both face away from the piston

3)take great care of those cam seats (the ones with 2 bolts on top)

4)when reinstalling, set the cams down first, then keep the sprockets on the chain and use the bolt/washer to line them up. (as long as you're careful, it wont mess up the threading)

yep. Ziptie the sprockets to the chain and you shouldn't have any change in time if you're careful.
