cams or not

i notice when i turn the idle down to 800 rpm my sr20det black top idles like it has after market cams, the o2 710 to 800mv(normal). i know on some nissans the car runs rich at idle because there is less vibration form the engine, but my sr idles rough like it have cams. no code from the ecu. i haven't pull the valve cover off to look at the cams, does anyone know how to identify sr20det cam if the cams dosen't say nissan on it? a picture would be good.

I think the stock cams say either 53J or 53I on them. They say 53 something.

if the car has no sense of hesitation lke having a bigger lobe i doubt it because the stock engine runs around 700-800 rpms. If you have cams you can tell the engine will almost run like a domestic car.
