whats the differance between the 98,and the 99 year altimas? my 01 altima is the same engine and bodystyle yet they dont produce cams, chips etc. why? you would think if they made cams for the 99 ka24de it would fit in mine too.

yea the cams will fit from a 99 into your 01...heck the cams from a 93 will fit in your 01. the computer may be diff. however...so buyer beware.
