Pretty much might as well bring this topic up a million times until some knucklehead over at Nissan's engineering department fixes this issue within the next few months!!!!!!
Before anyone starts to say I am "complaining", well we bought the vehicle and all its features that came with it, so it is expected that it shouldn't cause any issue and should be working without lag.
Since the backup camera is a mandatory safety feature made by the US gov starting with MY 2018, one would ask why Nissan & Bosch has a significant lag time between the vehicle's motion and what is displayed on the HU, especially on a 2019 Rogue. I found this out yesterday, while WOT in reverse on a narrow road where we have a rental property (my daily barely fits on this road, let alone the driveway and garage). And sure as heck, the lag is very very very noticeable at WOT. Pretty sure this is NOT operating as designed. Its already lagging since day one (one would compare this to an old but very recent Rogue; 2016 MY, one of the Rogues most reliable MYs), but of course, dealers will say "operating as designed".
I will be recording this today before we head out to the property again, as this needs to be addressed.
