I know camber and toe are closely related when you get an alignment. - as in: if your camber is out of spec, more than likely your toe is as well.

But if you adjust camber via camberplates, does this affect toe significantly as well?

I had actually keyed in a 4 paragraph response, but I will spare you.Adjusting camber via plates will not affect toe significantly. Excessive lowering will affect toe and proper adjustments should be made. Invest in the appropriate suspension pieces, heim joints and new/stronger bushings where applicable, will greatly reduce the amount of slop. This in turn will allow consistent response, superior road feel and more precise setup and tuning.Remember, the suspension travels in arcs. By looking at the fixed mounting points you will get a better idea of what goes on down there as the strut/coil compresses while driving.Wow. Thats still long. I am sure someone with more education and bigger words will stop by and correct or clarify my crazy talk.
