Frequently just replacing the upper links doesn't return camber to perfection, it can improve things signifiicantly, however.
Important to know the exact measured camber so that a supplemental plan can be developed to deal with any remaining excess.
Third links and lower control arms can be bent worn and need replacing.
Eventually you get it as close to right as you can afford, then just replacing the upper links periodically keeps it that way.
It is possible to shim out up to 0.5 degree in excess camber with washers between upper link mount and shock tower as a final resort.
