this. the parts from the front aren't gonna fit, but if i'm not mistaken the camber kit (eibach bolts) are designed specifically for the rear and wouldn't help you up front at all. i'm saying save yourself some work, spend a bit extra, and get the camber arms. plus if you ever need to go back to stock, you have all the OEM pieces without having to had drilled anywhere. go on ebay and search for the SPC performance adjustable camber arms, something along those lines.
and i'm not too sure why you think it's odd, the part number is exactly the same. if you look at the suspension setup on the rear of the altima, it's almost identical to that of the 350z. nissan mashed the 350z suspension onto the back of the a/c because it was a newly redesigned rear end from the 4door, so it makes sense for them to use a setup from a pre-existing 2door instead of creating something brand new just for the altima coupe.
