Could anyone give me good instructions on how to adjust camber/caster angles after torsion bar lift on 2000 x.

No. D22's use cam washers on the upper control arm mounting bolts rather than shims. Rotating those bolts moves the egg shapped washer around and moves the upper control arm in or out. Caster is adjusted through differences in the front mounting bolt and the rear one.
