Hello guys,
I’m Marco from Italy
I am writing this message to tell you what happened to me buying parts in an American store.
I bought from Neotuned INC (www.neotuned.com), ebay user "drifteffect", a set of Goodspeed adjustable camber arms for my Nissan 350Z.
After 50km of road use, the uniball joints was broken and i had to remove them because they were dangerous.
I contacted Neotuned to explain the problem, they told me to send it back for a refund. I explained that they were assembled and then disassembled after two days of use
Once received, they refused to refund saying that the material was used. No longer respond to emails and They did not give me back the material
So this is what I spent:
$ 380 arms in September
$ 60 shipping from USA to ITALY
$ 100 approx. custom fee
$ 60 approx. for mechanical mounting
$ 50 tyre repairer for tyre alignement
$ 60 approx. for mechanical removal
$ 50 tyre repairer for tyre alignement (original arms set)
$ 70 approx for shipping from ITALY to USA
Total: $ 850

Now I am with no product and no money.
I feel cheated.
What do you think?

PS: Sorry for my bad english

Wow, it sounds like you got screwed!
Maybe they are claiming that they were used before they were even shipped to you? Did you try contacting the Ebay user?

How did you pay for them? Paypal?
Can you issue a stop payment to try to get your money back? It sounds like you have the emails proving that they said they'd reimburse you. Did you take any pictures before you sent them out?

Unfortunately not.
In any case, it was not possibile to see the uniball failure. It's was possibile "to feel"
(I do not know how to explain it in English) :cry:

Understood. I guess all you can do is post negative feedback for them on eBay and hope they make it right.
Or you can hire someone local to break their knee caps.

So, I'm guessing you bought these...

...which appear to be a copy of the superior SPL camber arms...

...they also cost twice as much, but quality always does. By all accounts I've heard that their customer service is also great.

And after all of this I found out that there are TWO part makers with Godspeed in their name, Godspeed Performance and Godspeed Project. Who knew? :gotme

Yes, I have the above . They look like a great product, but the four uniball are of very poor quality and they was broken after 50km
