I wasn't able to locate an answer to my specific question so here goes.

I'm shopping for replacement Camber Arms, my mechanic called it a Toe Arm, Nissan calls it Front Lower Link. To be specific, I'm referring to the slightly bent one at the far bottom of the rear suspension. See image

Anyway, my question is. I noticed the aftermarket ones have a ball joint (inner side) as opposed to a rubber bushing like on the stock arms. Does the ball joint fit the same as the stock arm does or am I looking at the wrong part.

I'm pretty sure it's the camber arm I need (1st link below) but I could use the forum's opinion.

If anyone could help me point out which one I need to purchase, it would be appreciated.

Not sure, but a few of our techs will probably know. Give 'em a chance to answer...

Just be careful when dealing with e-bay...

I would definitely steer clear of the bay arms

Eibach has a good set of camber adjustment arms, which I also carry.

I think either one will work. Nissan's term "lower link" is called a lower control arm by the rest of the world.

One end secures to the rear subframe, the other end secures to the knuckle. Pushing out on the bottom of the knuckle will make your camber go more negative. Pulling it in promotes positive camber.

I appreciate the responses but no one has really answered my question above regarding the ball joints. Also, why stay away from Ebay parts? Can't just say "don't buy those" without a reason. I was using the links above as examples.

Toe adjustment bars have a bushing and the camber adjustment arms have ball joint set-ups, they are not one in the same. The reason we say stay away from ebay suspension components is fairly simple.

If the name brand after market kits are costing anywhere from $200-400 and then your find some on ebay for $50, that should throw up a red flag that it is cheaply made and I would not be comfortable using a lower quality item especially on suspension components.

The ball joint should allow for more articulation as well.

And I'm late to the party... But I second/third what Mike said about $50 throwing up red flags! Good luck!

I also installed the Eibach camber arms in the rear (bought em from RED) and they are solidly built. The install also took me about 90 minutes with the toe kit and the ridiculous negative camber I got from lowering with the Eibach springs has been corrected. I have to do the fronts also, but that job seems more involved so I'm procrastinating. The arms up front also cost about double what the rears did, so now that I'm thinking about it, I may not even do it at all since a new pair of front tires actually costs less then the adjustable front control arms.

I went the other way and installed the Eibach front control arms and the Eibach rear toe and camber bolts. They have worked great thus far.

How involved was the install of the front arms? I know I need to do it eventually, but I'm not overly enthusiastic about doing the work.

Unfortunately I did not have time to do it myself so I had Tire Discounters do it for me while performing an alignment. It didn't take them very long and only consists of the two top bolts on the arm and the bolt at the top of the steering knuckle.
