cam upgrade...need help w/ timing

i just got my set of crower cams that were on backorder for 3 months. I also have a set of jwt adjustable cam gears. I was wondering if ne one has these mods and what the best amount of overlap would be for a daily driver. Also how much should i advance the distributor. I've heard stories of people running mid 14's w/ just this mod. I got headers a cat back and i did the short ram by moving the battery. If i get this dialed in right high 13's could be possible w/ a little weight reduction. That may be wishful thinking but i'll keep my fingers crossed until everythings installed.
