cam trouble

I have a set of HKS 256 cams. The one of the oil squirters on the intake side got plugged up with a tiny piece of rtv resulting in a cam lobe getting messed up. I sold my stock cams last year and only have a stock exhaust side cam laying around in my garage. My question is this. Other then the obvious, go buy a new one, is the exhaust cams and the intake the same lift and duration? I know the timing marks are differnt but that is easly fixed.

Can I use the exhaust cam on the intake side?
