just curious on what would be the effect of milling the cam towers on a ka24e while still using the stock cam.

suppose you mill down the towers by .025, the stock cam profile has a lift of .415? So would this increase lift to .440? or am I totally just talking out of my a**? I also have solid rockers instead of the hydraulic ones so i would be able to adjust clearances. would this work?

no, lift would be the same. This is impossible to do with hydro lifters but since you have adjustable lifters they would have to be adjusted out further to give necessary valve lash. This gives absolutely no advantage just the disadvantage of the rocker being closer to the valve spring retainer, and the lifter being adjusted out further.
