cam torque spec

Does anybody know the torque spec on the cam caps for the sr20det? I have looked all over and cant find a specific.

They are supposed to be tightened aswell as removed in a certain order.

When putting them back on they go in in a certain order and in steps.

First 1.4ft/lbsSecond 4.3 ft/lbsLastly 6.7 - 8.7 ft/lbs

Grab a copy of the FSM for the proper order, you should have one if you are removing/reinstalling those sort of components.
