just a question. is anyone in here running the 272/272 bc cams, and adj cam gears? if so how many degrees of advancement, retard are you running. im just trying to get an idea so i know close to where to start when tuningheres the set upsr20det8.75:1 compcp pistonsbc pro rodsbc springs and retainersbc 272/272 camscircuit sports rasfidanza adj cam gearspeak boost turbo kit. 60/82tial 38mm gategreddy type r bov650cc injectorsaem ems

That's something every motor is different on... You'll need a dial indicator and a crank chart to figure out what your cams need to be adjusted too. You can't just throw them in there and adjust them to what you think you need. If you don't know how to do it, pay someone to do it that does...

i was speaking of the cam overlap. i read on another forum. 10 deg advance on the intake, and 2 deg retard on the exh. it seems a little much. just wanted to know if anyone has had experience with this
