cam timing problem, might have bent valves?

Today I attempted to do the 248/248 dual exhaust cam swap and somehow I messed up the timing very bad. I've tried several times to fix it but I cant. Now when I crank my car over the intake valves dont lift at all, does this mean I bent valves? Thank you very much to anybody that can help.

you probably should have tried to turn the engine over via the crank to test that you did it right before cranking the car over with the stater...

if your timing is off alot it could result in that issue...i dont think i could tell you unless you provided more info and maybe a picture to see how you timed it...others im sure will be by soon to help
