Cam Sprocket Removal

ok i need take my cam sprockets off but i dont have money to buy the for the sprocket holding tool for anyone have any ideas to take it off without damaging it?

rent the tool most parts stores do that and it's better than buying for one job. what's wrong with the sprockets?

nothing just need to take off the head so i can clean them just doing a engine tear down and rebuild
