"sporkets":rotflmaoyou really need some dyno time to get those dialed in proper. What mods do you have so far?

you might have 5hp hiding in there that sprockets could get you. Be careful, every Nissan motor I have wrenched on is interferance fit, advance the valve timing too much and SMACK! bent valve and dented piston. You might want to add a fuel computer like an Apex SAFC and some kind of Air/Fuel gauge first to get your fuel dialed in first. Increasing air flow into and out of the motor can throw things off optimum if you have no computer tweaks to account for it. I would do that before sprockets.

Well I had a CA18DE in Damien that posted similar power figures and 1/4 mile times to a KA24 and with simple bolt ons and ruthless driving was able to styme a few RB20DETs and CA18DETs.

You say intake, what, an air filter?

Does the KA's intake pipe cross over the radiator like the SR and CA?

Exhuast, what; muffler, header, still have the cat on it?

Pulleys, great, is your cooling fan driven off the water pump pulley, can you live without power steering?

do you have any guages to monitor the engine?

what do you want the car to do; drag, drift, autocross?

well torque is where it's at so when looking at dyno charts for parts ignore the peak number. You want parts that start giving you torque gains as soon as possible and as long as possible. A header would be good to get next and grab an extra cat and punch the guts out. Collector size and length can make or break you so don't rush out and buy the first one you see. Network, talk to as many people as you can find who either have or have seen dyno results of various headers. When you get one pick up some header wrap and mummify that sum*****. Keeping the heat in will increase the flow and keep your underhood temperatures low.Next get some longer bolts and washers and use them to raise up the tail end of your hood. This will scavenge the heat out of your engine compartment, I actually registered visible lower water temps after I did it. Every accesory on your engine's belt system is stealing ponys, remove the mechanical fan and score some electric ones either aftermarket or salvaged off another car, you should see increased throttle response, measurable power gains and if done properly lower water temps. Keeping in this vein if you can live without power steering do it: yank the belt, the pump, all the lines and cap the rack connections. If you have'nt replaced the fuel filter and cleaned out your throttle body do it, reset the computer afterwards to baseline the computer to erase any adjustments it may have been using to compensate for the plugged filter.Get an air fuel gauge so you can monitor it and a piggyback fuel computer like the Trust E-manage, Apex SAFC or HKS super AFR and richen up the mix for more power.just some things you can do.

what do i use and how do i clean the throttle body? Well i wanted to get hot shot headers but i dont want to have the steering colum problem that 95 owners have with the headers. and having the check engine light on also, is there anyway i can fix both those problems? Also i was looking towards getting an electric fan but i dont know how to hook it up so i'd probably bring it to a shop and i dont know how much that would be.

use carb an choke cleaner to clean out the throttle body, if you don't want to crud up your new plugs swap in some old ones until it stops smoking and caughing. As far as header fitment I would say start a thread about that specific subject so the guys with them can give you some info, my car is right hand drive with a CA so I can't help you about that.If you are not sure of your skills and have a shop you trust by all means use them and save yourself the headache. You can get electric fan kits through http://www.Summitracing.com or http://www.Jegs.com
