all wires are sodered, shrink wrapped then electric tape.

left over wires. they are all individuallt wrapped then wrapped in a bundle.

more leftovers^^ is it possible for the pins to be lose and lose contact?kind of read the diy wrong and cut of the whole connector. this is fine correct?dont know where this goes. any ideas?random engine shots. more random.

dont mean to be a negative nelly here but.............twisting wires together and wrapping them in electrical tape is asking for all kinds of wierd electrical problems in the future.you should use some proper connectors and put heat shrink around them

I know you have already, but just go wire by wire in the fsm. VERY time consuming but it will work. Theres a thread on here somewhere that has the pins into the ecu that do not need to be wired in.

fuel lines are backwards homie.

the line from your filter needs to go to the side of the rail towards the rear of the car.

the line coming off the FPR needs to go to the line W/OUT the filter.

The dash harness wiring is as follows.

Black - GroundBlue/Green - AC signalBlue/Black - water tempOrange - IGN startYellow/Red - TachYellow/Green - Speedo

Any wires other than those listed, DO NOTHING (for your purposes)

so

that being said... Black, Blue/Black, Orange are the only ones that REALLY matter to start the car. Double check the solders on them.

but your prob is MOST likely FUEL related, assuming i am seeing your pic right.

if you buy s***ty e-tape, it will be s***ty.

i only use premium stuff (3M pro grade or Plymouth) and have NOT ONCE had a problem.

heatshrink is a PITA and unnecessary IMO...

but what do i know... i only worked in (and later managed) an audio shop for 5 years...

Im actually using 3m electrical tape. It costs me $4. at target :/

Anyway thanks for all the help. The car starts now but dies shortly after.
