:wtf2: I just replaced both cam sensors early this month (cleared the error code right after) and having the same problem now (P0340 Cam Sensor A Circuit Bank 1). The car started acting up sunday night, but worse than before. I cleared out the error code yesterday after work and this morning it came back on, because the car didn't want to start. I haven't had time to reset the computer yet. Is there any other reason why the cam sensor code would come back on??? The car only has 93k?????

I have not run into that before so I'm not sure the troubleshooting steps.

Page EC-3223 goes through troubleshooting for P0340 issues. Looks to be a pain in the butt.

If this happens the easiest thing to check is to tug on the connector. The connectors used then look like the might be connected but may not be fully engaged.
