Cam seal replacement help!

I need info on how to replace the cam seals. whats involve? i know that i can use the z32 cam oil seals. i just need to know what i need to take off and little tricks that i can use. if you guys have link that could help me then thatll be cool too. i cant seem to find any info on the FSM.

you gotta undo the timing belt

the cam gears

and might even need to take the cam out...but im not sure.

its just a simple ring that slides on the end of the cam right after the sprokets.

Yeah, your most likely going to need to remove the cam shafts, or at least loosen the cam caps a little bit to remove the seal. The top cam cap almost presses the seal in place when tightened down. The z32 is the same as well from what I remember.

Why are you replacing is it leaking bad?

i figured out where the leak is coming from. im missing the cap that goes over the cam gear. so the builder is going to send it to me.
