are all dohc cams the same? or did they change them over the 7 yrs? and if anyone has a exhaust cam for sale let me know! the one i need is for a 1991

I don't have an exhaust cam for you, but I do have an idea: You may want to do a search on it for specifics, but I've heard that a certain year(s) of Altima has a cam with slightly more duration and is interchangable for a slight performance gain. If you gotta get in there, may as well get some extra punch out of it.

The Altima intake cam and '91 exhaust cam is apparently the best combination. I believe it's been a proven 22hp gain.

I have the '91 exhaust cam in my car and HAVE the Altima intake cam, just not installed. I did very briefly have the combination in my car last year before it jumped timing and the gain was definitely noticeable.
