The S13 cams are suitable and should increase performance on a turbo as well. They do not have much, if any, overlap over the S14 cams so it should work fine and flow a little better.

The 91-93 cams are 240/248 and the S14 cams are 232/232. Its a popular and cheap upgrade. Some people get 2 S13 exhaust cams and run 248/248. Some even do 248 on the intake side and 232 on the exhaust. Theres alot of options
