Check out the cam sticky at the top of this forum. I am going to say no because the exhaust cam on the Altima runs the distributor unlike the 240s DE engine. Hardbody, will NOT work, it's a SOHC while your is DOHC.

Brian Crower camshafts can be used in either application. For RWD KAs they tell you to saw off the distributor gear. Not sure if the same thing is ok with a stock cam, but its worth a shot.

The answer is NO, you CANNOT run the altima camshaft. They have different ends to them that make them NON-Interchangable.

I find it hard to believe you cannot find a stock camshaft, I have a couple laying around from old engines...feel free to shoot me an e-mail or message and I can help you out getting your hands on one.
