I'm gonna replace my cam soon. Should I stick with the same size or should I switch it up with something different. I would like my power band to be midrange, but I would just like to know the pros and cons of changing cam size, what are the benefits?

Uhhhhh, first of all why do you want to replace your cams? Are you turbo, or running a built KA? I mean theres absolutely no reason to swap out your cams unless you have a built engine. Honestly you will regret doing it, because more aggressive cams give you a poor idle typically. Is this car your daily driver? If so, just stick to stock cams man. You could run two exhaust cams, thats the cheapest cam upgrade you can do, but again, if you dont have much done to your engine, just leave your cams alone.

Cams are kind of like icing on an already sweet cake. If your stock, you have a loaf of white bread.... And your allergic to icing.

I just rebuilt the motor. I plan on going turbo as soon as my wallet allows me. I just wasn't sure if there was a benefit. I have a SOHC by the way. It is not a daily driver either.
