cam problem...

pulled the valve cover and found a bunch of scrapes along my exhaust side camshaft... http://pg.photos.yahoo.com/ph/...=ph

any thoughts on what it could be?

wouldn't worry about it. those are imperfections in the production process. the non machined surfaces usually look crappy like that. mine had similar scratches

lifters may be going flat, my cams look bout the same and they are fairly new.engine proly has seen some revs....

haven't gotten it in the car yet so i cant really give any other symptoms. how worried should i be?
