cam install

i am going to get some tomei cams and i was wondering if anyone could help me out with either a webpage or could kinda tell me the steps to installing them. i have look around and i found one thing about a s14 but it wasnt all that informitive. i would need to know the torque for the bolts and the proper way to take the old cams out and put the new cams in. and also if there is anything i will need to do to get the cams in right...such as any addional work. thanx
