I am putting my intake cam back in and after tightening all the caps down in order, the cam wont turn at all to set the timing. I did the exhaust cam the same way and its fine. If I loosen the caps up to about finger tight the intake cam will turn just fine. If anyone can help me I would appreciate it. thanks

the caps are specific to the head, they're line bored on the head, you can't swap them about

they should be numbered and labeled I or E (intake, exhaust)

just wipe the tops and look at them, theres only one way to make them look right, start with the caps on the front(right behind the cam cogs) , then make the rest go the same way
