Cam Cap question

Ok, I'm rebuilding an engine i've had lying around for a couple of years. I had 2 cylinder heads in my garage and, in my infinite wisdom, I put all the cam caps in one box. Is there any way to tell which set went with which head, or should I just look for a new head.

some of the a stamped with numbers from the factory but with 2 heads mixed up you might be screwed.
