My head is now at the machine shop, getting new guides, seals and a valve job, but I have a problem.

When we disassembled everything, there were no numbers on the cam caps, only these little braile marks that didnt really seem to make any sense. I figured that the info on decifering them would be in the fsm...well ive checked, and i cant find it anywhere.

Can anybody point me in the right direction? id rather not have the cam journals align honed again....expensive...

To my knowledge those little symbols on the cam caps dont mean anything in terms of figuring out the order of cam caps.

The best thing wouldve been to label them before taking them out but for now your machine shop can install the cam caps in any order he chooses and check for roundness and make sure that they are not too far off. If they are off, switch with other cam caps and repeat until everything is good to go.
