it seems from reading that everyone sudgests to just use an impact wrench coupled with a 3/8" t30 bit to get them out.i was doing pretty good with just a regular wrench and breaker attatched but still stripped two out on bank one, anyone have any sudgestions on how to go about removing them besides dremmeling them out?

Do you have access to a welder?? Preferably a TIG since you don't have to deal with raining sparks onto the cams.

Bit too late now, bhut I sripped one, then ended up smacking them before I tried to undo them, using the torx bit. It seemed to unfreeze them. Without doing this I could feel them start to root the head. Good onya nissan.

got the cams off of bank one out, now the head bolts are a different problem.I've broken 2 10mm hex bits now one using a breaker bar and another using an impact, these things just wont budge!

Use a Koken inhex socket, they're incredibly strong. I've removed a couple of pairs of VH heads with mine, with no problems.

Looks like you got it. The main point with the head and cam bolts is to use quality tools on them. Even with a quality T30 mine looked like a twizzler when I was done.
