i was putting on my tomei ras and tightening the bolts in proper order then started torqueing the bolts to what i read in forum to about 9ft/lb and the bolt suddenly cracked on me. now my question is does the bolt need to be a specific bolt for heat resistence or i can just get any bolt from a local home depot

An easy out or a bolt extractor works well.

ez out works good on those had one break once, bad torque wrench, be careful when you drill it other than that it should come out easy. As I recall the bolts from a sentra ser are the same and cheap.

i used the easy out on one of it came out in a breeze but the last one didnt work so i tapped it out and rethreaded it with a helicoil and threadlocker. so far so good. i started it up and revved it a bit and everyting checked out. i took off the valve cover and checked to see if anything came loose but noting. plus i took the bolts off an old ka24de i had laying around for scrap parts.
